This apartment Victoria is in the center of Estepona town, very close to everything you will need.
Lots of shops, restaurants bars and of course just a 1 minute walk to the beach.
This is a very sort after area, as Estepona has plenty of history and orange square must not be missed, enjoy a breakfast surrounded by orange trees.
The apartment itself is quite a good size, lounge diner has plenty of space for entertaining, the kitchen is small but very well equipped as you can see in the pictures.
The bathroom is small but ample space for what is needed.
The two bedrooms do have built in wardrobes which is a great advantage as to not have more wardrobes everywhere taking up precious space.
There is a lift that takes you almost to the top and then just a small flight of stairs to the door of the apartment.
The apartment has a type of quarry tile throughout the property which makes a change from marble and gives the apartment a more rustic feel.
There is no garage with the apartment but there is plenty of street parking within the area of this apartment. If you wanted a garage there are plenty of opportunities to rent one nearby.
Overall this would make a good home or a fantastic investment opportunity because renting this property would not be a problem all year round, being walking distance from absolutely everything.
